Worship
Giving Worth to God
Worship is a significant and integral part of our corporate gatherings here at Convergence. The word "worship" means "worth – ship," and this wonderfully describes the foundation and heartbeat of worship - - to give worth to God. *[It is an act of love which begins in our hearts, engages our souls, captures our minds, and manifests through our physical actions.] We know we can worship Him no matter what circumstances we may face, simply because He alone is worthy. As we give worth to God, He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. We cannot out- give our Lord, but in every service we take significant time and emphasis exalting Him, and He always overwhelms us with His goodness and love.
During our worship we seek to minister to the Lord in order to encounter and release the glory of the Lord on the earth. We also worship with passion because in Him is found everything we could possibly desire. He is the fullness of love, joy, peace, truth, and life, and as we worship we are filled with His very essence. Intimacy with the Lord is the key to true worship.

Prophetic Worship
"For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy" (Rev. 19:10).
God wants to move through prophetic songs that carry the weight of heaven and bring to us a deeper revelation of Him. It is about being current with the Holy Spirit and not being tied to a set of songs or lists. Our desire is to flow with the Holy Spirit, hear the heart of God in the moment, and step out in faith together as a worship team to release the song of the Lord.
